Welcome to Dancing With Dolphins, a unique vacation rental located on the island of Folly Beach in beautiful South Carolina, just 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston.  We are offering our upper apartment for your vacation accommodation's. Our upper apartment boasts unobstructed ocean views to the east and has a newly remodeled interior with luxurious and eclectic appointments. Our apartment is available for weekly vacation rentals for June, July, and August 2009.

 Our beach home is a duplex built in 1938 that exudes the charm and character of "Old Folly Beach" . We are located on the second row at the dead end of E. Arctic Ave., the front beach road. There is one house in front of us but no road. Our upstairs apartment is 1000 sq. ft. and include's vaulted ceilings, a cutaway kitchen facing the ocean, a walk-in cedar closet, and a very special and quaint bathroom equipped with a beautiful clawfoot tub and bidet. ! ! Our great room design provides ocean views from every room. In 2005, we installed new windows,a hot and cold outside enclosed shower, and an outdoor 6 person spa.
  The overall feeling of our home is very open and airy. You can see and hear the ocean from every room. The primary dune is 75 ft. away with direct beach access across the cul-de-sac. Outside in the yard is a bonfire pit, grill area, and 2 decks: one 20' up to view our dolphins. The yard is fenced and pets are allowed upon approval. Our multiple blooming gardens, and herb garden are being revamped, and lemon and fig trees, are doing very well. The apartment in our home is suitable for 1-2 couples or a small family. We have 3 queens and 1 single. We offer satellite TV, DVD,and VCR. There is no phone. Guests are encouraged to bring their cell phones, but are allowed to use phone and internet lines in the lower apartment.
